A Little More Background _
We started Budget Maestros after owning several consultancies over the past two decades. Time and time again, we would see clients who would train and develop an administrator only to lose them to higher paying jobs once proficient. They would inevitably struggle for months to find a replacement, who they would almost always need to train, and the process would start all over again. Alternatively, they would pay consulting wages to help maintain their system to protect their investment in the tools. In either case, this comes at a huge price for a firm and we wanted to come up with a more affordable solution.
Realizing something had to change, we spent years building offshore relationships who know these tools inside out. This allows us to keep our costs down and ultimately pass these savings along to you. Since this is a blended model, our clients get the best of both worlds as our onshore team works the US time zones and then we pass development along to our offshore team if needed.
